TiPS develops partnerships and reseller relationships based on whether the relationship will bring added value to our customers. This might include expanded geographic presence, additional services and products, or specialized industry knowledge. We also look for relationships where TiPS adds capabilities or knowledge to extend our partners’ offering. TiPS Incorporated is proud to have established relationships with leading members of the automation community recognized as best-in-class service providers and industry subject matter experts. Our customers recognize the value of our established relationships and frequently compliment us on the results of projects done in conjunction with our partners.
Strategic partners have long-term, on-going relationships with TiPS, becoming an extension of our internal resource team. Generally, our strategic partners are proven leaders with specialized expertise who have made a significant commitment to working with TiPS on service engagements or product enhancement add-ons.
Solution partners are team members that we engage with on a regular frequency to provide general services or technology expertise. We are confident in the ability of our selected solution partners to deliver high quality products and services to help our customers address specific needs.
Resellers have the capability to sell TiPS products. Resellers are often selected based on geography and typically do not engage with services capability. New partners with solution capabilities are signed up as resellers as they work with TiPS to identify the solutions approach that works best for our customers.
