LogMate 7.22 and TiPSView 4.11 Updates Now Available
Newest versions 64-bit compatible
LogMate, the industry's most compatible alarm management software, releases updates to several components and enhances processing time with LogMate V7.22 and TiPSView V4.11.
Beginning with our previous updates, LogMate V7.20 and TiPSView V4.10, all versions will operate on both 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems. The end date for support of the 32-bit platform has not been scheduled.
Current ESS subscribers may receive and install the LogMate V7.22 and TiPSView 4.11 updates at no charge. Benefits of migrating your LogMate and TiPSView software to a 64-bit platform include:
- Reduction of memory constraints. 64-bit SQL Server is supported at up to 64 GB of memory.
- More users can be added because of higher availability of memory.
- Analyses return data faster by caching more data in short term memory, allowing reports to run more efficiently.
TiPSView
Installation:
- The installation process is streamlined and will continue to run even when screen color and resolution are not set to the ideal parameters for operating LogMate.
- The Database Owner role now has the ability to install TiPSView.
LogMate
Capture:
- The Database Owner role now has the ability to create tables and edit fields.
- When Capture reads alarm and event data from files transmitted via FTP that refreshes on an interval basis, the pointer will interpret the periodically updating data as new, remove the duplicate records, and continue writing the data to the alarm and event database.
