While LogMate is a very user-friendly software, our
over 20 years of experience installing and configuring LogMate leads many of our clients to utilize TiPS to perform the installation of their LogMate software. Our experienced staff quickly configures communication
ports and establishes connectivity with your control systems. As an extension of this, we frequently set
up analysis views and reports for LogMate clients.
Our coaching and training services include on-site, off-site and web based software user and administration training designed to ensure that you get the maximum value from your LogMate software by understanding the power of the tools.
Our Extended Support Subscription (ESS) provides you with on-going access to TiPS technical support expertise and product upgrades when they become available

TiPS Addresses PHMSA 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 Requirements
For our pipeline customers, the introduction of the Pipeline Hazardous Materials and Safety Administration (PHMSA) 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 Regulations required either establishing or changing control room management (CRM) and alarm
management programs. Soon after the rules were released, TiPS took an active leadership role in understanding the needs of the industry and providing solutions to help pipeline operating companies address the PHMSA rules.
